Very ignorant staff!

The offered breakfast was gorgeous and amazing and included a wide range of options. The room was reasonably spacious and functional, especially an exceptional view of the sea from the window.

Nestled on a cliff above the sea, this resort offers breathtaking views and is conveniently located next to a natural hot springs beach. The rooms are comfortable, and the friendly staff provides excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with locally sourced and organic food. The resort also offers a variety of facilities, including a pool area with panoramic views and a restaurant on the pinnacle of the property.

Some guests have mentioned that there are a number of dogs and cats walking around the resort.

Everything was nice, so were splendid views at the bay of Sant'Angelo. The room was incredibly comfortable, wonderful, and with a nice bed. The location was lovely for walking around Sorgeto Hot Spring Bay. Furthermore, the area was great. The food was outstanding and delicious, included cakes and coffee...

The ideal place for us to stay is in the annex (Villa Caterina). This is quieter than the main house, whose facilities can all be used. And there is a spacious thermal pool, which can be used even late in the evening. Oh, yeah, it's cheaper too.

Not really serious: in the spectacular breakfast room there was only one central salt shaker, which was hotly contested.

The thermal pool at Villa Caterina was amazing and very private. The view from the terrace was stunning. The staff were friendly and provided a free shuttle service. The location was convenient with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The homemade cakes, jams, and marmalades at breakfast were delicious.

Felt very happy, no reason to complain.

Location, location, location. The thermal water pool with grotto - unique.

Dinner has something canteen-like, not corresponding to the other level of the hotel.

Everything. The location is perfect. The rooms are a dream. Great view. Easy. Thermal area unique. Very natural. We got an upgrade on the main building. Outhouse is very remote and not comparable with the location in the main building. Breakfast very good. Wonderful view from the restaurant. All around only sea and nature.

A Pleasant Retreat: With a big terrace adorned with deck-chairs and sunshades, the resort offers a perfect spot to relax and soak in the breathtaking view of the Sant'Angelo bay. It's like having your own private oasis suspended in paradise.

There is no beach in that hotel This hotel is not for the people who used to have a cosy comfortable calm private rest We had comfort room, and that room did not look like room in 4 star hotel( the shower was extremely small (57 cm width)- it was very uncomfortable to take shower) and the furniture is very old and room is very small( not like in the description- it is not 19 m) Comparing to the 4 star hotels in Austria and Germany this hotel looks very poor I have paid 150 euro per night Would never pay such money for that hotel

We liked the pool, the view from the apartment.

Clarity of the exact terms of the shuttle bus need to be made by the hotel staff immediately and clearly on arrival to guests ! (especially if you are staying at the Caterina Apartments) which is long walk from the main hotel along very steep poorly lit small roads at night....the walk to the town of Panza is also not for the fainthearted..we encountered stray dogs which are common down that road ,..it is not 200 meters from the turn off from Panza town !!! .we had two occasions when they were quite happy to take us to Panza, but were rude and unhelpful when we rang them to pick us ...in short we felt let down, on those two occasions.

We loved the hotel's stunning location and breathtaking views, particularly from the restaurant and the second pool. The hotel offers a shuttle service to nearby towns and beaches, making transportation easy. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with homemade cakes and jams, meats, cheeses, and fruit. Lastly, the staff was helpful and engaging, making our stay an enjoyable one.

Grazie Mile per tutti Nicola! This hotel is a peacefull little piece of paradise, in between cliffs and turquoise sea! Enjoy a dinner outside with a seaview or a swim in the natural thermal pool....

One might say that it is a little far from main cities but the public transport is well organised and it is what makes this place so lovely!

When we arrived at Punta we were disappointed because we didnot realize our room was so far from the main building. However, when we approached Katarina and told her we were not so happy she gladly arranged for us to be moved to the main building.excellent sevice. Our room was very clean and comfortable and every meal was delicious. The position of Punta charito is amazing and the views awesome .
